Canada: Facebook beachpicture reason cutdown insurance

A 29 year old Canadian woman lost her social insurance due to beachpicture that she published on Facebook.
The woman was already sick at home for 1 year suffering heavy depression. On facebook she published a photo where she was posing smiling in a bikini.. The social insurance company discovered the picture and stopped immediatly the her monthly recurring insurance payment, according to the Candadian tv channal CBC. "I can go back to work accordingly to the insurance company", said the woman in an interview.

The insurance company did not want to go in-depth on this accident, but they stated that it is more and more becoming common to check social networks such as Facebook.

Peru: People being murdered for body fat

The police in Peru stopped a gang in Peru that murdered people so they could sell human body fat. The fat was used for cosmetic products.

The gang can possibly held responsible for the disappearance of dozens of people. Three gang members admitted to have killed at least 5 people.
The gang lured people with offering them a job and killed them afterwards. Two of suspects where cought with bottles containing human fat. The claimed street market value is $15.000
It was ment to be sold on the European black market to cosmetic companies. Medical specialists have put there doubts on this newfact with the claim that they doubt there would be a black market for human fat.
